In a move sure to disappoint scores of people, mostly advertising firms and spin-doctors in Indiana, U.S. Sen. Evan Bayh, D-Ind., has announced that he will not be a candidate for U.S. president in 2008.
The senator’s announcement provides an answer to a question haunting political pundits everywhere: Namely, who in Hades is Evan Bayh?
The answer: Bayh is the Democrat from Indiana who is not running for president in 2008.
Bayh humbug, Evan!
In other news not nearly as pleasant, Ohio’s very own diminutive Dennis Kucinich, a Democrat has announced that he will run in 2008.
Kucinich’s announcement poses a new, burning question: How can U.S. taxpayer money be wasted in the most irresponsible and foolishness manner possible?
The answer: By providing matching federal funds to the campaign of Dennis Kucinich. This out-of-touch leftist has a better chance of becoming the next emperor of Japan than being elected U.S. president!
